Fairmont Hotel Riyadh is set to elevate the city’s dining scene with an exciting new series of themed nights at The 365, offering guests a journey through global flavours in an immersive setting. Launching on April 5th and available every Saturday, these curated evenings showcase the finest seasonal ingredients, complemented by expert culinary craftsmanship in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Each themed night brings a unique concept to life, from health-focused superfoods and indulgent seafood feasts to sizzling grilled specialties and rich international flavours. Notable highlights include a wellness-inspired evening featuring nourishing dishes, an ocean-to-table seafood experience, and a sustainability-focused Earth Day menu celebrating plant-based creations. Guests can also savour the delicate artistry of Japanese Kaiseki, the bold flavours of Pan-Asian cuisine, and a tribute to Germany’s culinary heritage. The series culminates with a vibrant global street food soirée, showcasing an eclectic mix of flavours from across the world.

In addition to themed nights, The 365 brings back its Friday Brunch for the entire month of April, starting from April 4th. The highly popular weekend tradition features an expansive buffet of international cuisines, expertly crafted with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Served every Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM, the brunch offers a lively, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for social gatherings. Young guests can enjoy interactive activities such as pizza and cookie creation, mocktail-making classes, and face painting, available upon request for an additional fee. Children under six dine for free, making it an ideal choice for families.
